Kosi Family: Paws 4 A Cause- Georgia Gymnastics Trip

I am so thankful for this great time I got to spend with my girl. It was very busy and extremely entertaining on so many levels. We flew out Friday and arrived about 5:30pm. As soon as the plan landed we hit the ground running. We jumped aboard the MARTA aka subway one of the first of many life lessons. Things that I have used while visiting Leo in NYC back in college. The world has changed very much. God was watching over us this whole trip. After the subway ride we walked about a mile to our hotel. Again more life lessons...always walk with intention pretend you know where your going even when lost and never hold up the map! I might have been a little stressed, but I pulled through. We made it to our hotel just in time for happy hour. ( much needed). We then met up with the other gymnast and moms for a fun night out. We went on the newly built Sky View Ferris Wheel in Centennial Park.

After a fun filled day touring the city....it was back to the room to start on the dreaded HAIR CURLS!!!
After 2 hours playing beauty parlor it was time for bed. They need to get focused on the reason we came. This was our first travel meet and the first time all the girls competed with each other. It was a very special day. We have the best group of moms they are so loving, caring , helpful and funny!

It was the first time we where in a large convention center. The girls looked a little nervous, but did amazing.

So she thought....I was sitting watching all the girls compete and told the other moms it would be wonderful if the girls won a team award since they are all here together. As we waited the teams where called up starting with 5th place...4th ...3rd....2nd...still no US GOLD these stinkers won 1st place!!!!!
