Dec. 14 Level 4 State Metroplex

We are very proud of Kaylee. This season of Gymnastics has been her be yet. She has pushed her self and worked so hard to make her corrections. She has such a drive for this sport and hopes to get a scholarship to TWU for gymnastics. Texas State Meet had 21 girls that she competed against in her age group a did amazing. All season her score went up.

Over All  9th 37.05
Floor 9.3 10th
Beam 9.375 8th
Bars 9.75 2nd place!!!! This was one of her goals to get a 9.7 on bars.

Caution Ty is 2

Caution was the theme for Ty’s party this year. He loves dump trucks, but truly he loves to eat dirt. I can’t get him to stop. That why I made him dirt cupcakes. Where has the time gone? He has grown up so much. Making everyone laugh is his best quality. If he knows you watching him he is ready to put on a show. This little guy has brought us great joy.

We celebrated with friends at the local Chick-fil-A, great party place for all these kids. Ty was very blessed with tons of amazing gifts. I am very happy to have such a great group of friends here.

 After church on Sunday his actual Birthday we took him to BJ's Restaurant for a Pizookie. Then we celebrated with our friends that evening. Lot's of goodies for this little BIG BOY!

Happy days are finally here. I just went to the YMCA for a  great work out and a trip the the grocery store. Since this crazy ice storm hit us we have been locked up in our house. I am holding up better than expected since I hate being cold, wet, indoors and board. We have been making the most of it. Thank goodness for Pinterest we have had some fun. Leo did drive us a few days ago to Walmart. I was very scared and totally did not want to go, but I needed to get out! We took our list and did our Angel shopping. Every year the kids adopt another kid their age and buy gifts for them. I am so happy we get to bless another family even when times are tight. After shopping we had something to do now, wrap the gifts. The kids played outside a little at a time them come in for hot coco. We took a trip up to the girls school, cold walk but very much needed. We are officially an outdoors family. Even in this nasty weather we have managed to get out side.
