The Kosi Family Triathlon. I just want to start off by say how proud I am of my athletes. On Wednesday Papa and Mimi flew in for all the fun. First stop the Hobby Lobby I have been pinning tons of Christmas wreaths and I was determined to have my mom help me figure it out. I was so easy and supper fun. It is amazing what you can get done at nap time. After picking up the kids from school off to a BBQ dinner and a stop at the candy shop.
Friday night was the kick off. Aubree had a swim meet and did wonderful. She has improved her times so much.We are so proud of her. At practice on Friday she was given the challenge to swim a mile. She almost made it 3/4 of a mile it took her 50 min.

After the swim meet my evening agenda was to fix Kaylee's hair ( 2 hour process) for her meet on Saturday and pack up our bags for Sunday's travels.Saturday morning Leo, Aubree and my Dad packed up the truck and drove to San Antonio. Leo needed to get a good nights sleep before his run.
The next morning Kaylee was so nervous. I was extremely nervous for her. I had never been to worried about her, but after the last meet and her fall of the high beam I get sick to my stomach. This was a big meet for her. If she could place in the top 9 she could continue her season. She started out on the floor and got her highest score for the season. 9.025 10th place Up next was the Vault she has been practicing tons to raise her score. It has been an on going joke if she could get a 9.0. After her first run it was AMAZING. I noticed how much she improved and the score was....9.025 8th place. As far as I was concerned the meet could be over she made a huge accomplishment raising her score. After that was Bars her "fav" 9.5 4th place. Her last event at 8:45 pm was the beam, my heart sank I yelled, "you got this"! She did and no falls. 9.150 10th place. She was so proud of her self all 9's.

Her is the winner with an over all score of 36.70 8th place! Now off to bed we have a plane to catch in the morning.
We made it just in time to see Leo cross the finish line.
After a long ice bath and a nap we went to dinner. Leo's choice Texas de brazil, Brazilian steak house. It was a hit for everyone. Especially Ty watching the lady swing to get the wine bottles.
The next day we were going to tour around San Antonio, but Leo was very sore and the rest of us were very tired. We packed up the cars and headed home. What a great and extremely busy weekend.
