Family Day out on the boat

First time driving and putting the boat on the trailer...o my what a JOB! Leo just kept saying you can do it. He always has great faith in me.

Ty loves the boat ride. He just sleeps and enjoys the wind.

Anchored the boat to stop at the beach. The girls seem to find anything to play with. Old cups and sticks.

What a nice start to a Holiday Weekend. Mimi came out for a very needed vacation. We all went out to the local lake. Could not have asked for a better day. We were trying to workout a system on this boat thing Leo backs the trailer down the ramp( he is great at this) then he jumps out in the boat and I drive the trailer up to the parking lot. After collection the 3 kids and coolers we meet Leo at the dock. Sounds like we have this down...well come to find out that is the easy part. Here is were Leo has the faith in me. He jumps off the boat at the dock and gets the truck with the trailer and flags me in. To make a long story short now...we did it and I did not crash into the other boats or the dock. Leo is so patient with me he even asked to go out tomorrow. Can't wait till Ty is bigger so he can drive the boat.
